2. Services Provided

Medilinguals provides language interpretation, translation, and medical billing services to healthcare providers. Services include but are not limited to:

• Medical document translation
• Real-time interpretation services
• Medical billing and coding
• Video remote interpreting (VRI)

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials
• Not resell or commercially exploit our services

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all patient health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Medilinguals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
